[Post-MDCOPS] Line of Duty Death PG County Officer Richard Findley

As posted in an earlier email it is with great sadness that MD COPS reports the line of duty death of Prince George's County Officer Richard Findley.  Officer Findley was struck by a stolen vehicle in Laurel early this afternoon.  The investigation is still underway.  
 
Officer Findley is survived by his wife, two children, parents, brothers, and sister.  MD COPS President Sue Nickerson along with Sean Kille have met with the family and delivered the line of duty death check from the chapter.  Two MD Survivors are currently with the family.
 
We will report more details as they become available.  Please keep the Findley family and the PG County Police Department in your thoughts and prayers.
