To All,

I sent you a save a date notice a while back and I want to again
invite you to the events to be held this weekend....hope to see you at the
Bloodmobile, Tournament or PARTY

Friday: 500PM until 9 or 10 pm Start of the Annapolis Open - Officer Grant
Turner Memorial Baseball Tournament. This will be held at the Crownsville -
Generals Highway Corridor Park, Riva Park, Arden Park and GORC Park. This is
great youth baseball with 56 teams coming from multi state and Canada.

Saturday: 800am to 9pm Tournament continues with the main events
concentrated at the Crownsville - Generals Highway Corridor Park (across
from Reniasance Festival grounds) This will be a great family event as we
will have the Shriner Clowns, AAMC Bloodmobile and a display by MD
Transportation Authority Police Department (Mobile Command Post, Motors
etc). At 1:00PM, a rededication of the Grant Turner Field will be held with
opening remarks by Keynote Speakers: AA Co Executive John Leopold and MDTAPD
Chief Marcus Brown.

Saturday Night PARTY at the Annapolis Elks Club (630pm to 1030pm) This is
the primary fundraising event for the Officer Grant Turner Memorial
Scholarship Fund. Pizza and light foods will be served with a cash bar. A
silent auction will be held. (see below)

Sunday: 800am to 1100 am Tournament games continue. 1200 Championship Games
begin at Crownsville - Generals Highway Cooridor Park. These Championship
games are some of the best in Youth Baseball


Some of the Donations recieved for the silent auction are: Tickets for the
Baltimore and Annapolis Symphonies, tickets to Baseball games, Tickets to
Six Flags, gift certificates to numerous resturants, gift baskets from
Pamper Chef, Home Interiors, a personalized tour of DC memorials with
lunch,legal services of a last will & testament, and much more.
