SUMMARY:Annual Weekend Retreat
DESCRIPTION:We are still planning to hold our Annual Weekend Retreat in Ocean City. The dates are October 16-18. We will begin our registration at 6pm on Friday evening and close on Sunday morning by 10am. We will be staying at the Grand Hotel. I have made several contact with them to discuss the safe practices during this time of COVID-19. They have assured that they are in complete compliance with updated and regular cleaning\, requiring face masks and social distancing. The choice to attend will be entirely on each of you as adults to make the best decision for ou and your family. By registering\, you are committed and willing to follow safe practices for yourself and your family \nAs in the past\, you will need to register via the form below\, then call the Grand Hotel to register your room 410-289-6191. You will need to give your credit card\, it will not be changed. The MD Chapter of C.O.P.S. will pay for the weekend stay and your meals. Any extras will be charged to your card. When you call the hotel\, please tell them you need to book a room in the block of rooms being held in the MD C.O.P.S name. If you register and are unable to attend\, it is up to you to call and cancel your room\, if you do not do this\, you will be charged for the first night.\nThe deadline to register is Monday September 14 \nHaving said all of the above\, if as we get closer to the date and we find it necessary to cancel the event\, I will cancel all rooms booked in the MD C.O.P.S block of rooms.
