Donations can be made to the Maryland Chapter of COPS in one of the two ways described below. Maryland COPS is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and all donations are tax deductible.  The Maryland Charity Campaign (MCC) is a workplace charitable-giving program that offers state employees the opportunity to contribute to charities using the convenience of payroll deduction.
